Phase 3: Design Development & Final Presentation
In this phase, we select one of the preliminary designs from Phase 2 and develop it for presentation. Modifications to the design are made according to feedback from professor and external reviewers. Construction documents and 3D renders are then created to showcase the finished conceptual
design in a professional format.

- Buffer area creates separation between working and living space

- Circular lobby area could pose design difficulties
- Not much privacy between office building and living units
- Staggered circulation makes stairway placement difficult
- Too many units give sense of enlarged scale
